I rated this plugin a 4 because it's a must have plugin for the type of Community I have and it's easy and intuitive to use. I didn't give it 5 stars because I had a few minor issues after installing.
Firstly after taking a snapshot it would not save the new image. This was related to SEF but was quickly resolved by Support. Secondly when using an IE8 browser it would crash when loading the change profile picture. This problem went away though after upgrading to JomSocial's 2.4.1 patch. The plugin is now working perfect!
