This Jomsocial application allows your community members when visiting their own profile to click on a Google map to set their current position. This position will be shown in their profile to their profile visitors and on the global community map from mod_geommunity.zip. This plugin supports activity stream announcements including a static map. map layout colors customizable. Now shows friends location on profile map according to their privacy settings. Shows geo QR Code and also user related events. And you can now either drag and drop your own marker or simply click on the map.
This profiel applications will show users friends and evnts on map linked to user with polylines.

This advanced module displays users with coordinates and shows them on a google map with their Nanoprofile in the marker info window. here is a list of its key features options:
- Privacy aware
- Groups mode: display only members of the current group where the module is dispalyed
- Map viewer's location aware
- Custom multi level map color styling with Google Maps API - Styled Map Wizard
- Visual proximity radius filter
- User markers clustering for maps with large amount of markers

I took a gamble on this new mapping app yesterday & have to say that I'm really pleased with it. Simple to install, though not so straightforward to set up. I'd have preferred better documentation (to explain vital settings like 'Profile Itemid'), but I got there in the end & when I posted to the forum, the response was within an hour (quick for a small outfit I thought). Looking forward to the geocoder plugin for JomSocial, but happy right now with what is an excellent little app at a bargain €14. Thanks!
