Hi, this app looks great - nice demo on the site & I'm keen to buy...
BUT! Can I get hold of them? Purchase requires registration, but no email is sent to me (tried several times with different email addresses). So I can't login (need confirmation link first), if I try to re-register with the same email I'm told that it's already been used (so I'm half on their system). Trying to contact them using their contact form hasn't yielded any response either.
Am I just unlucky? Can they really have made such a nice looking app & failed to set up their basic registration correctly? Are they on holiday?
Any clues?

we tried several times to responde by sending several emails, but you server dont' receive our email.
We always respond to our customers while maintaining a fast and professional support.
We are soryy, but with Other user everything worked regurarly.
Please, try with different mail server.
