User Database

Does JomSocial use the same database as the default Joomla user database (and there for just enhance/extend it)? I am gettung ready to purchase, and I hope this is the case so users do not have to log in twice to see & use the user data on the rest of the site (and other apps that use the default user database). - Michael Cook

This is included in the newest released, just installed it and tested it. However, it does not show hidden fields in the user manager, only thing I really need the user manager for (to see fields that are not displayed on the profile) - Magnus Berntzen

duplicating more and more code

Why to duplicate, if you have this functionality in your frontend.
My suggestion : User's should be editable in place, in frontend. That will make sense.

Its my suggestion for usability and code quality.

Thanks
