T3 QUESTION - The Socialize 2 template package currently includes T3 Framework plugin version includes 2.4.5 while the newest version is 2.4.8. I am hesitant about upgrading because I see a mention in the Socialize documentation that the 2.4.5 is a custom version for Socialize. Is this true? Can we go ahead and install updated framework plugins as they become available? Yes, I am having issues... Show more

It's worth taking the time to install a test/development site to test any and all kind of updates before going live. I used the old version of socialize and always updated the T3 plugin without issue, I would be surprised if Socialize2 actually used a custom t3 framework plugin, if it does I would have thought it kind of defeats the object of using a framework if they don't keep to it's standards.
