Adding Post and cancel buttons to add comment box
I was just testing something and I have noticed that when you are posting something to Stream as you start typing buttons Post and Cancel appear as it should but if you are adding comments to someones post there are no buttons of this kind. I know that if I press enter on keyboard both on pc or mobile comment will get posted but it can be a little confusing for user who dont know this (and there are many).
Also in add/changing profile picture we have similar situation we need to click on Rectangular with Select file and then Add button but after that there is no notice of any kind that upload/change of avatar is done. isn't it easier for users to have to for example 2 buttons Upload / Select image from album/ and after user selects his or her image and upload or change is completed notice is displayed that Profile picture is set. Also there is no visible buttons for user to select existing image from their images/albums which they have on site on Change Profile picture section, but that option is visible when they open image from photos section, there they have in right bottom corner option for it.

Yeah. Some users reported that «they can't post comments», but in real they «can't see SEND button» and don't know how it works. I suggest to display as background some icon in right-top counter of text-field (like a camera icon) or something like that. Icon can looks like «ENTER button on old keyboard» for example. Or may be add classic "Send" button like on mobile

Update: somewhere there are buttons somewhere there are not depending which theme you are using.
