SaovryIt is very good question that I can share with you. You can storage your videos and photos at your personal vps or dedication server. If you plan to use AmzonS3 maybe you need to pay more money too. SaovryI don't have experience with AmazonS3 but maybe someone can tell you more. For me I used www.ovh.com/us/vps/vps-cloud.xml with the small plan (VPS CLOUD 1) my site can load around 4-6 second. And I plan to upgrade to VPS CLOUD 2 for the future so maybe my site will load fast more than my current plan. Someone told me that VPS Cloud can read and write fast more than VPS SSD.
