2. Is it possible to have separate login for Jomsocial, and Adagency advertisers. Or is it possible to not to publish advertisers in Jomsocial Members list??

You can create an entirely new user group and profile elements with any level of access/restrictions to articles, modules and menus, based on the way you setup the joomla user group and it's permissions. Registered users can be separated from other user types, giving you the ability to control user access.
