Michał Colin, w DON'T implement any features related with 3rd party extensions. It's rather other way round.
No, you can't merge two separated instances... unless you do a data migration from one to another.

Michał No, it's not so simple. There are a lot cross references in database. You need to write a migrator so IDs will not get messed up and they fit structure in second database.
