Yes, you heard it right! JomSocial won the "Best Joomla! App for Social Networking" award at the CMS Expo 2011 for the second time. Some of you may have heard about the news from our tweet, and today we would like to celebrate it together with our valued customers with a little surprise.
We are humbly honored and at the same time astounded to receive the award for the second consecutive year. This award tells us that we have to work harder to make JomSocial better and more valuable for our customers. More importantly, it shows that all of JomSocial customers are getting the best extension to build their online community.

I am thrilled to be here in Denver for the CMSExpo. Rerely will you see such a large gathering of Joomla developers and users in one place. Regardless of our differences, in GPL interpretation, having conflicting products, we share the same common passion, to see Joomla! grow!.
I will keep you guys posted and yes, JomSocial will be available to the public later today. :)
