Want to get some tips on how to improve your website? Want to know where to get JomSocial integrated templates? Want to help your fellow users solve a problem? 

 

 

Now you can with our Q&A section! It is a simple, fast and easy place for everyone to look through JomSocial issues and problems. Get help, share tips and tricks with other JomSocial users. Users can also help out other fellow users by answering the questions that are posted.

Only paid subscribers are able to post questions but everyone can see and contribute the answers!

Finally a step into the right direction, but I would suggest to put the forum back in the support-header part of the site because that just works easier and better.

You don't even have to make it a support-forum where the JS team responds, just keep it as a part where users can help each other like this Q&A part.
I used to share idea's to improve/extend JomSocial on the forum and learned a lot from other topics, such a shame it doesn't even work anymore.

Hi lastpost, the Q&A is like a heavily moderated forum where everyone can seek answers and valid subscribers can ask questions.
