JomSocial Name Usage Policy

We have an important message to our valued affiliated and customers regarding JomSocial’s name and logo usage policy.

The name “JomSocial” is a trademark owned by JomSocial’s founding company, Slashes & Dots Sdn Bhd. Having said that, we permit you the use of  “JomSocial” name without prior permission from us under the following conditions.

1.     You may use the name and logo in any copy as long as it doesn’t imply ownership of the name or logo, or endorsement from our end. In other words, as long as you’re not trying to pretend to be us, you’re ok.

2.     You may use the name in web domain name as long as it is hyphenated with any other words, before or after the word “jomsocial”. For example, jomsocial-solution.com is acceptable, but jomsocialsolution is not. cool-jomsocial.com is ok, butcooljomsocial.com is not. You may also use cool-jomsocial-solution.com

If you are still uncertain about the use of “JomSocial” name and logo, just drop us an email at meriza@jomsocial.com

What is my avatar not showing on the comment I just posted? Also, why does it take so long to add a comment (it hesitates).

This is an excellent example of how one should handle Logo and Name Usage. This approach ensures the growth of your Product and leads to a Win Win situation. Thanks for your considerations.
