Bug Riddled and Bad Service
I paid for this service only to discover that it is not only a priority for development, but when I asked about the bug that forces the chat to continue popping up and intruding over the content on the site, my account was disabled with no notification. I'm willing to give it another shot when they get back on top of this, but this was an awful first experience.

500 Error !!!
I have purchase this extension and installed just and shows me error page 500 Error.. 
Service Shut Down
It appears JomChat has been shutdown. Their demo video, website, and links are completely dead.How disappointing...
